in stable housing market.
- Pay yourself instead of
a landlord.
- Historically low interest
rates.
- Possible Tax advantages.
- Roommates can help pay for
the mortgage.
- A home away from home for
your child.
INCOME!
Become an owner. Rent two bedrooms to your children's friends and collect
another $1,000 - $1,500 per month, or $12,000 to $18,000 per year. Your
