Please print out and complete an application for each person that will be signing the lease with FourStar on the Hill.

Once the application(s) is completed, please drop it off at our Hill office that is located above Buchanan's Coffee and across the street from the Sink & Half Fast Subs.

We charge a $35.00 application fee per person, which is due when you drop off your application(s) and an additional $100.00 to hold the property for two business days.

At the end of the two business days, you are required to come in to our office and sign your lease. At the time of your lease signing, you are also required to give FourStar on the Hill your full security deposit (your deposit is equal to two (2) month's rent for Hill properties and one (1) month's rent for anything off the Hill). After your deposit has been collected, we will then return your $100 hold fee.
